Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, remote locations or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Kaapi Royale cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please photograph the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
