Growing all-natural coffee in a region that is home to so much biodiversity and eclectic soil profiles means knowing the humour of each plant. And that’s where we do what no others do. Each stem is tended to with gentle hands, unprecedented care, and organic corrective measures that do not betray the gifts of the land. Using water recycling, hand-harvesting, and patio drying techniques, we ensure that we’re treading lightly on the carbon footprint while packing an extra kick of goodness before we seal each bag.
